Organic Coq10

I suffer from severe fatigue?
I am vegetarian. As my daily life is a bit busy so I am kinda lazy to cook. I tend to rely on frozen meal or soup & green salad from organic supermarket. Lately, in addition to my fatigue, I have headache and slight fever. What should I eat to recover? I am taking CoQ10 tablets everyday.
I do not eat eggs like omlet, but I eat cakes and drink milk. Cake contains eggs, right? I need more protein, can I take supplement?
I am not pregnant. But my fatigue is unusual...
You won't get enough egg in cake to make any difference. Since you're not vegan, bringing in eggs as a main course is probably the simplest way to get more protein. They also have other needed things like choline and lysine (I think it's those, don't quote me
that can be tricky to get enough of elsewhere.
I'm wondering as well if you're getting enough carbs and it sounds like your diet might be low in the *variety* of vegetables. (Broccoli should be an essential food group IMO.
The mention of cake leads to the question of whether you're perhaps relying on simple sugars to get by and that's caught up with you.
My suggestion is that you find a way to build in some cooking time once or twice a week. I used to do mine on a Sunday, listening to a couple of weekly radio programs (that schedule helped me -- I never missed them and I could think "Oh, it's time for the folk music" rather than "I need to get that cooking done"). I would have a fridge full of vegetables from the farmers' market and I'd cook a big pot of thick soup based on what I had that week.
Most of it went in the freezer. After a few weeks of this, I could have something different every day with no fuss. All for a few hours on a Sunday afternoon. There's got to be some time in your week that works for you.
My fatigue is incapacitating. If I can do it, so can you.
